How to order?

Simply add the item to cart and fill out the necessary details for check-out. If you need additional help, you may DM us on Instagram at @sunnylabel and we'll sort it out for you.

What do I do if the item I want is sold out?

If the item you want is currently out of stock, you may add it on your wishlist. We usually restock faster for items that a lot of people are wishing and waiting for. Alternatively, you may reach out to us on Instagram so we can take note of your preorder.

Can you customize?

Yes, we'll try our best to cater to your requests from scents to jar preferences.

PAYMENT

What are the allowed payment methods?

We accept Paypal and bank transfers to our BPI, BDO and GCash accounts. For BPI QR code, check our Instagram highlights.

SHIPPING

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship nationwide within the Philippines. Kindly input your complete shipping details upon check-out.

When will I receive my order?

We accept same day pick-ups via Grab, Angkas & Lalamove. Shipping within Metro Manila is 2-3 days and 5-10 days for provincial areas.

How much is shipping?

For same day pick-ups, shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer. Shipping fee within Metro Manila is P100 while fee for provincial areas is P150.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Do you allow returns, refunds & exchanges?

Sorry, we do not allow returns and refunds unless the item is damaged.
