Our Embodied Yoga classes are rooted in hatha yoga, somatic expressions, body-mind centering, and non-dual philosophy.

In these classes, we use the body as a vehicle for awakening, guiding us through the felt sense of Self. We will explore the intricate dance of movement in meditation, going beyond mere asanas as we seamlessly weave our practice into the tapestry of our daily lives, fostering a continuous state of flow in each moment.
